Another reason I am glad I moved to the OHT.
My 91 year old Grandma (who still lives on her own) and my 1 year old son.
I never would have thunk it.
And she lives just up the road!
I love that they are so close
She is sharp as a whip, and still puts her own bin out.
Monte grins like a trooper as soon as we pull in at Grandma's
he knows its walking stick o clock
That is so sweet, and your Nan looks awesome for 91! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's fantastic, I love it when Nanna's get to have G-grandchildren.
ReplyDeleteWow- I wish my kids had great-grandparents. We're down to only having two grandparents let alone the greats. How wonderful for your little man.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!!!! Monte looks like Dr Evil here, by the way.
ReplyDeleteAw, how sweet. GG missed meeting my Grandparents, but I swear when she was a baby my Grandma was there. I kept smelling her perfume and getting her vibe, and GG kept looking over my shoulder on the change table and smiling like she smiled at people she knew.
ReplyDeleteP.S - Go Grandma!!! They breed 'em tough in OHT huh?
this is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I really missed having my Grandma around when Lil-lil was born, I dreamt about her constantly while I was pregnant. You're really blessed.
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful! How I miss my Lily!
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome...I haven't seen my grandparents since I was 7, they live in Poland.
ReplyDeleteMonte is so lucky (and man, he looks like the cowboy!)
'walking stick o'clock'?! haha! I love it!
ReplyDeleteand it sounds like your gran rocks!
i am still laughing...walking stick o'clock!
ReplyDeleteso great.
Also, I love seeing pictures of the oldest and youngest generations of a family. There is something really amazing about a connection that spans between someone who lived through the deppression, a world war, the advances of technology she must have seen not to mention through fashions...and Monte who will see just as many advances to who knows where?
