Despite having no-one to babysit - Cowboy and I stuck to our commitment and attended PT Session two - still raw and sore from PT Session 1.
The Prince came along with us
It actually motivated me - he clapped the whole time I did the weights! Urging me to go one more, one more - telling myself I was an inspiration to the boy - when really he was probably thinking 'maba da ma na maba ba" (translation: what the hell is Mum doing?)
I got a little further before nausea snuck in this time too! A gallant effort.
So week one 2 sessions - the test now is tomorrow our PT told us that we have to do a session a week on the weekend.
It is a misery to be tired from hard workout and not able to sleep due to night time Mama duties but as I have discovered by a british blog i have discovered - Sleep is for the Weak.
All in all - the workouts are helping me feel good about myself - endorphins are pumping along with the iron!

ReplyDeleteexercise is something we always put off, but when you do it, you never regret it. I am glad that you are feeling good and sticking with it!
